Day 28: Yeehaw!
Okay, so her real name is Piccolo. But I thought the reference photo was so funny it deserved a sillier title than her given name. And, well, it's Texas!
Piccolo is a...donkey? Mule? (I'm checking on that.) She lives on Terry and Suesan's farm in the lovely little town of Whitt, Texas. Fred and I met Piccolo this past summer, on our epic two-week journey. More about that another time.
The picture was taken in the early (for us) morning. It didn't make for the most dramatic lighting, but I hope I captured some of the pinkish tones of morning. Yeehaw!
