Day 2: Hitting the Bottle
No, I didn't, but by the time I wiped my attempt at a beautifully sea-washed clam shell twice, I felt like it. Who knew there were so many colors in one little shell, and how easily they turn to mud in oil? I gave up, and tried this bottle. I'm not real happy with the results, but at least I did it.
Lessons learned, Day 2:
1. Put the canvas at eye level, duh.
2. This is hard. REALLY, REALLY HARD.
3. I need a lot more practice, especially in mixing colors!
